3-Characteristic:
3.1 The whole machine is driven by motor, each strand and traction are driven by a separate motor, and the strand is rotated by a special gear box, which simplifies the structure and makes the maintenance of the equipment more convenient compared with the traditional ground shaft driven frame winch.
3.2 The whole machine is controlled by Siemens S7-Smart200 series PLC, and the production process parameters are set through the touch screen. Each strand and traction are driven by a variable frequency motor, and the motor driver is a frequency converter device. In order to ensure the transmission accuracy, the transmission motor adopts grating encoder feedback, and the whole machine adopts bus communication mode to ensure the accuracy of signal transmission.
In actual production, the user according to the required production of cable specifications, the touch screen set each section of the hinge body pitch, production line speed and other process parameters, in the boot through the PLC automatic calculation, to determine the speed of each transmission part, to ensure the synchronization of the whole machine and the precision of the twisted wire pitch, and to achieve the whole machine stepless speed regulation.The electronic control system has advanced technology, convenient operation and reliable operation.
3.3 The pulse principle is used to detect the broken line, which can accurately judge the broken line signal of any disk in each section of the stranding body to ensure the detection accuracy. Through the display in the touch screen, the operator can quickly solve the problem and start the next time.
3.4 The machine adopts Siemens S7-200 programmable controller and field bus to command and coordinate the working state of all parts of the machine, and adopts frequency converter to control the starting and running of AC motor.
Using Siemens touch screen to set and display the process parameters, the electronic control system has advanced technology, easy operation and reliable operation.
