1) The annealing voltage is fully digitally controlled, automatically tracks the drawing speed, and is individually adjustable

All guide wheels are installed with insulation to avoid jumpers and kindling that are prone to occur when the copper wire is annealed, damaging the contact nickel strip, copper wire, and annealing base wheel.
